As the first Malaysian to circumnavigate the world without external support, the first to round the Cape of Good Hope and the South Atlantic. Fabian understands decision-making, accountability, and resilience at the highest stakes—where there is no backup, no safety net, and no room for excuses.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in discipline, mental resilience, clarity of purpose, and execution in uncertainty.
