The Self Awareness In Leadership (SAIL) program is a transformative leadership journey designed to enhance personal insight, interpersonal effectiveness, and adaptive leadership within complex systems. Structured around four key modules—The Self, The Others, The Systems, and Agility in Motion—participants will develop a deep understanding of their values, behavioural styles, and communication patterns.

Using frameworks such as DiSC, Personal Mastery & Leadership Skills, Logical Levels, Change Management, Motivational Interviewing, and Mental Health & Wellbeing, the course equips leaders to navigate conflict, foster collaboration, and influence positive change. Interactive learning methods, including game-based experiences and structured debriefs, ensure concepts are not only understood but applied.

OUTCOMES

Participants will learn to ask powerful questions, listen actively, manage change, and resolve conflict with clarity and empathy. Norma Noordin

Norma Noordin is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and leadership development practitioner with a rich and diverse background spanning law, scouting, maritime operations, and corporate management. Currently serving as a Global Trainer for the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), Norma designs and delivers leadership training that bridges cultural contexts and drives meaningful impact across regions. She has trained and mentored leaders from local grassroots communities to national organizations and facilitated capacity- building programs across Asia and Europe.
