Trainer Profile

Fabian Fernandez is a leadership navigator, resilience practitioner, and experiential leadership facilitator who specialises in helping leaders navigate complexity, uncertainty, and high‑pressure decision environments.

Drawing from extensive maritime command experience, including a global circumnavigation and a solo Pacific Ocean voyage of nearly 18,000 kilometres, Fabian brings a rare leadership perspective shaped by real‑world navigation, resilience, and disciplined decision making.
