PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Destiny Leadership at Sea™ is a premium, experiential leadership and team dynamics programme conducted aboard DESTINY — the only yacht that has completed a circumnavigation of the world and remains fully expedition-ready. The programme is personally designed and delivered by Captain Fabian Fernandez, the same circumnavigator who commanded the voyage. This programme places leaders in a live operating environment where planning, execution, communication, accountability, and decision-making occur in real time, under controlled but authentic conditions.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Level 1: Destiny Crew Fundamentals™ (1 Day)

Foundational leadership awareness, communication discipline, and teamwork basics.

Level 2: Destiny Offshore Dynamics™ (3 Days / 2 Nights)

Applied leadership through rotating roles, sustained execution, and adaptive decision-making.

Level 3: Destiny Command Passage™ (5 Days / 4 Nights)

Executive command responsibility, strategic leadership, and decision-making under prolonged uncertainty.

  • ISSA-aligned Master of Yacht instructional principles
  • Leadership role rotation and team-based execution
  • Structured After-Action Reviews (AAR)
